A New Vision for 140 Sixth Street
Vintop Development Corp. (Vintop) has submitted a rezoning application to the City of New Westminster to redevelop 140 Sixth Street (Royal Towers) with a mixed-use project consisting of a mix of residential tenures (below-market and market rentals, and strata homes), new commercial spaces to help activate and animate the block, and a public plaza.

We appreciated the opportunity to meet with residents, answer questions, and hear your initial thoughts on the redevelopment of 140 Sixth Street (Royal Towers). Vintop is currently reviewing all the feedback received during the open house period, which concluded on
March 6, 2026.

About Vintop
Vintop is a New Westminster-based developer who is deeply invested in the city and recently completed Ovation at 823 Carnarvon Street, which includes a nine-storey social housing building for the Performing Arts Lodge (PAL) delivered in partnership with the Province of BC and PAL.
